Laminating
Laminating is a process in which pre-impregnated fiber materials (prepregs) are used to manufacture fiber composite components. The prepregs, which are already pre-impregnated with a precise amount of resin, are applied layer by layer to a mold and placed in a specific orientation to achieve the desired mechanical properties.

Pre-preg pressing
Prepreg Pressing is a process in which pre-impregnated fiber materials (prepregs) are used to manufacture fiber composite components in higher volume.
- Hydraulic pre-preg presses achieve significantly shorter cycle times than the autoclave process
- Specially developed resin systems, which are adapted to short cycles and a high TG value
- Mostly used to create simpler contours in higher quantities

Assembly
Assembly refers to the process of assembling components into a finished product. Our team is highly experienced and has the necessary know-how to assemble even complex assemblies completely in-house.
- Assembly and bonding ranging from screws, inserts, sheet metal parts to electronic components
- Treatment of all components and tools takes place in our fully-air-conditioned production rooms
- Blasting, polishing, tempering of the finished components in furnaces up to 400 degrees
- Our Zeiss coordinate measuring machine ensures optimal fit and dimensional accuracy

CNC milling centres
With our 5 CNC machines, we can carry out precise machining of models (plastic, Uriol and epoxy blocks), tools (aluminum, steel) and workpieces (carbon fiber, aluminum, stainless steel and titanium) in-house.
